Problem. A regulated healthcare engineering team needed AI inside the software lifecycle — code review and agent behavior — without PHI leaving the controls they already run. Generic copilots do not produce an evidence pack a compliance officer can file.
Approach. Sniffr.ai validated pull requests against architectural and security expectations. MrProbe tested the agents: adversarial techniques plus a golden-dataset scorecard aimed at factuality and disclosure. HIPAA is one of the frameworks MrProbe maps.
Result. The figures we publish are 93% golden-dataset accuracy and zero PHI extractions in production. We do not add time-to-value, contract value, or hospital counts that were not on the original card.
