Problem. Operations teams re-key bills of lading and related documents, and exceptions surface late. The manufacturing solution page describes the job: every bill of lading validated, every exception routed to a human before it becomes a delay.

Approach. QDEX built document intelligence for that workflow — extraction, checks, and routing — rather than a general chatbot.
